Pre23, LLC is a Cleveland Ohio based Internet Marketing firm.  For over 10-years Pre23 has developed and managed successful Internet marketing campaigns and has been an innovative pioneer in the development of new Internet technologies. Over the years we have refined the belief that the critical ingredients to Internet marketing success are Technical Creativity, Experimentation and Measurement.

Technical Creativity – Internet marketing relies upon technical skills to be successful.  Technical creativity is needed to develop strategies and campaigns that stand out against the competition.  Creativity also implies innovation and innovation is at the core of the Internet marketing spirit.  We also seek to be innovative in our approach. Innovations leads to campaign strategies that are more effective and more long-term in their effectiveness.

Experimentation – Successful outcomes  in past campaigns brings with it the dangers of complacency and complacency, if not shaken off, leads to Internet marketing campaigns with conventional methods and only mediocre outcomes.  This is why we believe in experimentation which for us simply means that we make no assumptions about what works and what doesn’t.  Instead, we choose to be experiment at all times to ensure both that are past methods are still successful and to uncover new methods of marketing as well.

Measurement – Internet marketers hold the almost idealistic belief that all things are measurable, and most things are.  Form submissions, emails, downloads, keywords, phone-calls, check-outs and page views are just some of the dimensions that we measure through the use of web analytics packages and tools.  Measurement helps both tell the story of what’s happening with your campaign and it provides the critical feedback loop for improvement.

Our Background & History

Pre23 is based in Cleveland, Ohio and started ten years ago as a web applications development firm which focused on Internet marketing driven web applications.  This included websites of course but also the development of quoting scripts, shopping cart modifications, online sales management systems, and custom newsletter scripts.  As our skills matured, we began seeing success in web development projects which had search engine marketing components.

In early 2007 Pre23 partnered with BER Holdings, LLC to form  Mongoose Metrics. For over a 2-year period during this partnership Pre23 executed the web applications development for Mongoose Metrics and delivered the first two production versions of the service until the project successfully matured  and all developed shifted to in-house Mongoose Metrics development.  What led Pre23 to the Mongoose Metrics project was Pre23’s need to better measure and track phone call leads as part of Pre23’s lead generation campaigns.

Lead generation is a central service of Pre23 and we have a specific focus on  data center services marketing and it should be no surprise that  Mongoose Metrics phone call tracking is an essential tool in our active campaigns.
