Pre23 and BER Holdings LLC’ joint project Mongoose Metrics now provides a solution for offline phone call tracking with web analytics integration. When a trackable phone number is dialed the technology inserts a record of the call event into any online web analytics package from such vendors as Google Analytics, Omniture, Core Metrics, ClickTracks and more.

We’re told this is the only application of its kind. A suite of custom Telecom service pricing tools tailored to a national Telecom service provider. Simply put, it’s our best work to date. The success of this project was based upon our ability to learn the client’s industry to the level of a trained sales rep in order to fully document project requirements and communicate those requirements to our development team.
